We installed a new foul water manhole within the existing carriageway to accommodate the new housing development.

The new manhole was constructed out of pre-cast concrete sections and brickwork.

We connected the new development and foul water manhole by way of installing below ground clay pipework with the works inspected by the local water authority prior to all excavations being backfilled.

Our team also carried out resurfacing works to the existing access road within the new housing development once the sewer connection had been made.
