We were contacted by a local property developer to undertake new sub structure and surfacing works at a new residential housing development.

The site had to be excavated to the required depths so we could carry out the installation of a new type 1 sub base ready for new surfacing. We then carried out surfacing to the area with a 20mm porous asphalt layer before topping with a modern, UV resistant and porous resin bound surface. 

The resin bound surfacing is an extremely modern and long lasting surface, perfect for driveways, parking lots and pathways. 

We were also instructed to carry out a new vehicle crossing for access in to the new site. Careful planning and continual communication with the local authority and traffic management teams enabled a smooth and successful project.
