Installation of New Garage, Boundary Wall and Car Park Resurfacing
St Mary’s Church, Isleworth
The existing garage structure was not compliant with the local conservation area therefore our team carefully dismantled the pre-formed panelled structure and recycled all components with the existing services retained and set-aside for reinstallation.
The new garage structure was constructed in red imperial and yellow stock bricks to ensure compliance with the conservation team’s strict specification, and a new boundary wall was also constructed for added security to the premises.
We installed new surface water linear drainage channels and below ground infrastructure to overcome the issues of surface water ponding within the car park.
We then removed the existing asphalt surfaces and installed new resin bound surfacing to the car park area and footpaths with new line markings installed to an agreed layout plan with both the church and conservation team.
