The existing car park was used by a significant number of commercial tenants to accommodate daily parking and facilitate deliveries into the offices.

The car park was outdated and beginning to become unfit for purpose, and we were employed for the reconfiguration and upgrade works to bring the car park back to a high standard.

Our team removed the existing car park surfaces, carried out localised breaking out and removal of soft spots, and regraded and levelled existing undulations and inadequate falls throughout the car park to mitigate surface water ponding.

We carried out repair, realignment and replacement work to the existing iron works, street furniture, linear drainage channels, and existing brickwork planters in preparation to receive new surfacing.

Once the car park had been resurfaced in the agreed phases, new road markings were installed to an agreed design with the facilities management company.
