We were involved at the early stages of this scheme, providing budget proposals and value engineering exercises to enable several car parks to be resurfaced simultaneously whilst providing the best value for money for both the client and end users.

Our team carried out the administrative and coordinative roles of letter dropping, pre-planned signposting, and liaising with local community officers to provide advanced warning notices of the planned works.

The existing asphalt surfaces at each car park were removed and recycled, and depressions and undulations were removed, filled, and levelled.

We installed new kerbs and edgings to extend existing car parks, adjusted and replaced existing ironworks, and cleared the existing drainage infrastructure prior to new surfacing being installed.

Following the installation of new asphalt surfacing, our team installed new line markings to each car park.
